3. Subprocessors
We may engage subprocessors under written agreements.

4. Security
We implement:
- Encryption in transit
- Access controls
- Logging
- Infrastructure isolation
5. Data Subject Requests
We will notify Customer of data subject requests.
Customer is responsible for responding.
6. Deletion
Upon termination, data may be deleted after a defined retention window.
